Please note the show takes place LIVE at the ExCeL, London in September. Our content will not be available in a virtual format. We do record a limited number of sessions which take place at the show and release them post event to the Tech Community.

Yes, registration is now live! You can secure your ticket to join us at the ExCeL, London on 24th September here.

Once you have registered, simply download the GovNet App so you can log in and click ‘My Ticket’ to access your unique QR code. You can then use this to print your badge at the show entrance.
If you do not have the app and QR code available when arriving, then you can go straight to our enquiries desk at the entrance to the show and we will print your badge for you.

The DigiGov Expo primarily serves the public sector. If you are representing a private sector organisation, the cost to attend is £699+VAT per delegate.
We also recommend exhibiting or sponsoring. You can enquire about sponsorship opportunities here and a member of our team will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful.

This is a free to attend event for the public sector, including Central Government, Local Authorities, Charities, Not-for-Profits, Academia and the wider public sector.
Private sector tickets are available on a first come first served basis and are £699+ VAT. If you are interested in exhibiting or sponsorship opportunities, you can get in touch here.

Getting to the venue couldn’t be easier, faster, and more convenient.
Public Transport
The Elizabeth Line and DLR are the quickest routes to ExCeL London. Alight at Custom House for the west entrance or Prince Regent for the ICC and the east entrance.
Walking and Cycling
ExCeL London has free to use cycle racks located at the west entrance taxi drop off point, underneath the DLR walkway.
Parking and Taxis
Access to the car park is only via the A13. If you’re using satellite navigation please enter the postcode E16 1FR for the entrance to the car park or what3words ///cheer.events.began
The taxi drop-off location is at the west entrance of the venue, please use the postcode E16 1XL.

There are two stations adjacent to the venue - Custom House and Prince Regent, both are step-free.
ExCeL is a large venue and the central boulevard is 600m long. All public entrances allow for access by wheelchair via low gradient ramps and an automatic door. Once inside the venue, all floors are level, offering unobstructed access.
Mobility Scooter Hire
Mobility scooters are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability; you will need to select the dates and aid you need.

Wheelchairs are free of charge to hire. They are subject to availability; you will need to select the dates and aid you need.
Disabled Parking
There are 80 bays suitable for disabled drivers on-site across Orange Car Park. These are wide bays with minimum dimensions of 5.9m by 3.6m.
Disabled Toilets
There are 40 toilets for disabled visitors located throughout the building. Opening hours are subject to the events in tenancy at that time of your visit.
Changing Places
An accessible changing facility at the east of the venue on level 1. This room contains a toilet, sink and a hoist. Please note the room has a RADAR key operated lock.
Guide Dogs
ExCeL welcomes all Guide and Assistance Dogs.

At ExCeL we have free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi'.

Venue cloakrooms are open during event hours and are provided complimentary (subject to organiser discretion). The cloakrooms are located on level 0 (down the stairs, in between hall entrances N4 & S4) and at the east end of the venue on level 0.

The Multi - Faith Prayer room can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

In total, we offer over 50 hours of CPD certified content split across multiple theatres across the 2-day event.
You will be scanned on entry to the sessions that you attend so that we can track the number of CPD points you have collected during your visit. Unless you can be in two theatres at once, we would estimate a maximum of 7 CPD points for each day at the event.
It can take up to 30 days to process the CPD information. We will do our best to get your certificates to you as quickly as possible and are grateful for your patience.

The GovNet App is the official app version of our event platform tool, TechConnect, to enhance your event experience. It’s your one-stop-shop to access all event details, Exhibitor Directory, Event Agenda, Delegate Listings & much more.

Attendees gain exclusive access to the TechConnect platform 6 weeks from show date.

Once you gain access to the TechConnect platform (6 weeks out). You can begin inviting event sponsors, speakers and delegates to meet with you on-site.

Once the TechConnect platform is live, if you’ve registered for the event, you will receive a welcome email with a direct link 6 weeks before the event.

Receiving Information

Yes, you absolutely can. To ensure that our emails are recognised and land in the correct inbox, you can follow these simple steps to amend your settings:
Outlook Desktop
Right-click our email in your Inbox email list pane
On the menu displayed move your mouse over or tap Junk
Click or tap on ‘Never block sender’ in the menu that rolls out
The resulting popup will say: ‘The sender of the selected message has been added to your Safe Senders List.’
Click ‘OK’Outlook Web

Click the “Wait it’s safe” link
Mark Sender as “Wait it’s safe!iPhone Mail App (iOS)
Open your mail app and scroll down to the Junk Folder
Find the email you’d like to whitelist and slide your finger left to see options
Tap the ‘More’ button, and then ‘Mark…’ button
Select “Mark as Not Junk”This will then move the email to your Inbox and any mail from this address will go straight to your inbox and not your Junk
Google (G-suite)
Navigate to the spam folder
Search for emails containing the domain you wish to whitelist
Select all the emails shown
Click ‘More’ and then ‘Not spam’
