  • The DigiGov Expo has been postponed due to National Rail Strikes planned to take place between the 7th-9th May.

    We’re committed to fostering connections, innovation and learning at the DigiGov Expo and the impact on travel would sadly prevent the whole public sector tech community from benefitting.

    While we were excited to open our show in early May, we are doubling down our focus to ensure our audience leaves in September empowered to make positive transformations to government services and citizen experience.

  • The rescheduled DigiGov Expo will take place on 24th & 25th September, at ExCeL, London.

  • Your current registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled dates. You do not need to take any action.

    Your participation in the event remains confirmed for 24th & 25th September at ExCeL, London. If you need to cancel your attendance, please email the team at info@digital-government.co.uk

  • While we aim to maintain the integrity of the agenda and program, there may be slight adjustments to accommodate any changes in scheduling or availability of speakers.

    Rest assured, we are committed to delivering a high-quality and informative experience for all attendees.

    The Networking Feature will very much stay the same, and the networking platform will remain live until the show in September.

  • If you are unable to attend the Digital Government Expo on the rescheduled dates, please email the team at info@digital-government.co.uk to discuss your options.

    We understand that circumstances may arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

  • We recommend contacting your hotel and travel providers directly to enquire about their policies regarding changes or cancellations.

    If you booked accommodation using our preferential rate through Event Express we kindly urge you to cancel this or move to the new dates by the 29th April.

    Many hotels, train lines and airlines have flexible booking options in light of unforeseen circumstances.

  • While the event has been moved to the new dates of 24th & 25th September, we are exploring the option of hosting some content via our TechConnect app across the original show dates, so make sure to log in using the email supplied during registration.

  • We will continue to communicate any further updates or developments regarding the DigiGov Expo through email, our website, and our official social media channels.   • DigiGov Expo takes place live at the ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL, on the new date of 24th & 25th September.

  • Is this conference open to the private sector?

    Delegate places are only available to public sector delegates, with a very small allocation of private sector tickets available. The majority of private sector attendance at the event is made available through exhibition and sponsorship options. Speak to a member of the team here for more information.

  • How do I register?

    You can book your places via this website or by calling a member of the team on 0203 770 6557.

    How do I pay for my ticket?

    When you complete the booking form you will be given a choice between two payment options – either by invoice or credit/debit card. If you operate a PO system, you can either provide this at point of booking or within seven days of the booking date.

    What’s included in the price?

    The price includes access to all content sessions onsite, including keynotes, seminars and streamed content; access to the exhibition floor to meet suppliers and network with other visitors; and access to all available presentations post event.

Exhibitor FAQs

  • We will aim to honour your current positioning, your Account Manager will notify you of any changes.

  • All of our suppliers will make every effort to transfer any packages you’ve booked to the new dates.

    However, this is based on their availability. Please check directly with your package provider for further information.

  • Any suppliers that are not recommended by us/listed in the Exhibitor Manual will have to be informed of the postponement from your end. 

  • No, you do not unless you plan to have different exhibitors attend in September.

    In which case, you will need to register any new team members via the registration form and the TechConnect Platform.

  • The social media banners have been updated with the new date, your unique link remains functional.

  • All confirmed meetings have been re-scheduled for the 24th and 25th September.

    The rescheduled meetings match the previous timings, day and location (for instance, if you had a confirmed meeting at 11:00 on Day 1 in the TechConnect Lounge, this remains the case).

    Kindly note, if a delegate is no longer able to attend, they may cancel the booking.

  • Any leads and connections made so far will remain accessible via the Exhibitor Centre.

  • The TechConnect Platform will remain open for exhibitors, visitors and speakers and you are able to continue networking.

    TechConnect will constantly be updated with new content and information until September so do keep an eye on it.

  • Yes, it will remain the same. Your profile will remain editable should you wish to update anything.

  • All logistics forms submitted for DigiGov are valid for the new dates, therefore you will not need to resubmit the forms.

  • Build and breakdown timings remain the same.

  • Please make a new booking directly with ExCeL, which you can find in the Exhibitor Manual.
