Digital Government 2020
Two years on from the publication of the Government Transformation Strategy, what is the state of digital services in the public sector? Digital Government 2020 looks at the progress made on the journey to a digital by default state, as well as the challenges which still need to be overcome.
Through best practice case studies and high-level discussions, this event will allow representatives from central and local government, as well as the NHS and private sector an opportunity to fully utilise digitalisation, assembling services quickly and at a lower cost, improving access to services for their users.
Leading Digital Transformation Through User-Focused Design
Digital Government 2020 looks at the progress made on the journey to a digital future, as well as the challenges which still need to be overcome. The day will provide an opportunity for the public sector to establish the right skills needed to improve and design services that are both user-centric and easily accessible.
Through best practice case studies and high-level discussions, this event will provide a space for central and local government, the NHS and the private sector to come together as a digital community to debate and define the opportunities for digital transformation in the public sector.
