Matt has worked in IT for over 18 years, on a variety of major delivery projects across financial services, telco, automotive and public sector. He is Chief Architect at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency, responsible for setting technical direction. This involves migrating services to public cloud. These services are used by over 90% of the UK adult population, collect over £6 billion, and form part of the UK Critical National Infrastructure. He is passionate about the use of technology and is the founder of a South Wales user group focused on cloud computing.
