As CX Principal for Medallia’s European business, Christopher works with multinational organisations to implement transformational strategies to repair, manage and grow profitable businesses. He brings 15+ years’ experience, including seven delivering customer-centric transformation in heavily regulated industries, such as finserv, pharma, government and quasi-governmental organisations. Prior to joining Medallia, Christopher was a consulting manager in PwC’s Digital and Emerging Technologies practice, and also held a number of roles at Barclays, where he led initiatives across B2C and B2B banking.
